The location of the Clayton in Belfast is fantastic, right in the city center. The room I stayed in, a Beautiful Double Room, was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, made for a lovely night's sleep. I really appreciated the friendly staff, always ready to help. The breakfast options were good, especially the Northern Irish potato bread. I enjoyed my swim in the cozy pool, a nice touch for relaxation. Some areas need attention. The bathroom could have been cleaner. I noticed some maintenance issues that needed urgent fixing. The breakfast service was sloppy at times, with items running out too quickly. Slow check-in was another minor annoyance. When it comes to value, it felt a bit overpriced considering the inconveniences. I'd say there were really enjoyable moments, but some improvements in cleanliness and service consistency would were great.

I Liked the fact the Hotel was not too close and not too far from the shopping centre and the main square.

The Beautiful Double Room we stayed in was super comfy. Bed and pillows were just right for a good night's sleep. The room was clean and had a nice vibe. Just a bit of noise from outside. We heard music from the nearby bars. Otherwise, it was a lovely space with great amenities like tea and coffee options. Perfect for winding down after a day out.

great experience, but some room for improvement
The staff provided really good assistance whenever requested. The proximity to city sights made exploring effortless, and I loved the fine city view from our room.
The room could have benefited from a few more amenities.

Fair enough but......
Lack of parking, no cooperation from staff re on-street parking. Late duty no night drink available at end of duty, "bar closed sir" attitude from staff.

I had booked for a non smoking room and was allocated a smoking room. Minor point but it was still an oversight on the hotels part.
